 Come, not because you are strong, but because you are weak.

Lift up your hearts and minds above your cares and fears and let this bread and cup be to you the token and pledge of the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, all meant for you, if you will receive them in humble faith.

 Bangor-Roseto is a congregation of about 160 members.  In addition to Sunday worship, we have Sunday School and a fellowship group.  We work especially hard at being an inclusive faith community, where persons from all walks of life feel comfortable worshiping and working together. Again, it was good to have you visit our site.  Please come again.  And may God truly bless you.

The pastor is there to be a guide, an advisor, a listener, a counselor and a caring person in the name of Christ.

It was a service started by the early church to signify the gathering shadows around Jesus’ last day before he was crucified. 

Each candle that is extinguished signifies the growing darkness around his life. Removal of the Christ candle, signifies his death. 

Ringing the bell 33 times, stands for the 33 years of Jesus’ life. 

When the Christ candle is brought back, this means that the light of Christ will overcome death.
